Man Sergio is such a chump. . OF COURSE he won't fight Golovkin. . . SMFH. . .
LOl, going to 154 to try and pick off mismatches, and MOOCH off of Canelo, and Mayweather's drawing power. .
After Chavez splattered his ass across the ring in the 12th, no way he wants to see GGG. . .

Two pretty big fights at 154...POTENTIALLY: Canelo and Mayweather...maybe even Cotto so moving down is a great Idea, I just hope he is still as good at 154...he seems to take care of himself Physically so he should be able to do it with no problems

Sergio wont go up because he is a NATURAL 154!!!! remember he got a shot at 160 against pavlik and he looked very small and again with chavez imagine how he would look against a 168 pounder.
Martinez and Di Bella have always said he is a 154 pounder but got a more money as fighting as a champ in 160. In my believe he has nothing to do at 160 anymore. Minus well create noise at 154. The Canelo fight is very plausable because every Mexican want to see the parameter of chavez jr and Canelo and the measuring stick is Maravilla.

first off to anyone that thinks Sergio should move to 168 and fight ward is ridiculous. first off he has never fought at that weight. secondly he is a very small middleweight. take a second look at his past fights at middleweight and how small he looks to everybody!
and another thing here, sergio martinez would destroy alvarez within 6 rounds easy. sergio is smarter, sergio is faster, sergio hits just as hard as any of the big hitters at 154, sergio has more experience, plus sergio has the awkward style i doubt alvarez is capable of adapting to. hes a good fighter but in most part he is just a very popular good fighter. sergio takes care of business with very little problem. and same goes for cotto. sergio beats his ass too
