I agree that the fab 4 would dominate the boxers of today but come on now fighters of the past that boxed similar to how modern boxers box today dominated their era guys like srr danced around their robotic opponentsbecause comparing jesus to greb make sense.

the fact that some of you need footage in HD to gauge an opinion is says all that needs to be said about you.
he wouldn't have be a force today?
becuase the farther along in time we go, the better boxing is overall?
what a laughable assumption.
a set of brothers dominate a lackluster division who's ability as a whole pales in comparison to the heavy's of 40 years ago.
but boxing is evolved.
hearns, duran, hagler and ray leonard's hayday was 30 years ago. put them in their prime in this era and they wipe their asses with floyd, cotto, martinez and pacquiao.
but boxing is evolved.
**** outta here.Comment

Not on hand. Believe it or not that footage is relatively new. It was only discovered 20 or so years ago.
But I'm going to guess he wasn't going to go all out on a guy who was many years his elder. I'm not entirely sure on the date of that footage off the top of my head but Jack O'Brian had retired before Harry Greb had even started his career.
So yeah, it's pretty clear Greb isn't going to be serious with Jack O'Brian here.Comment

So if there is no footage of someone, everyone knows the same amount as everyone else about this fighter?
Is that how it works?
You're right, anyone can look onto Boxrec and post in the History Section, but, if they don't know what they're talking about, sooner or later, it becomes very apparent.
Like for example if one were to say something like "Wilfredo Gomez wasn't in his prime 10 years into his career". Just looking at Boxrec and making an assumption like that. Or, "Robinson was 32 then, how was he passed his prime" and things of that nature.
You don't have to see a guy fight to know about him. Of course I and no one know nothing about how he fights visually and what not. But, there's enough out there to find out about what he achieved and so forth.
Hold on, didn't your Top 50 ATG list have Harry Greb in the Top 10?
