The pfp landscape is a funny thing, especially right now. IMO Ward should be the pfp top fighter. But pfp is more a popularity contest atm. It's taking out of context to an alarming extent.

I don't see the star quality is this kid, all I see is a fully pledged welterweight that has feasted on nothing but midgets and a glass chinned Litzau.

Legs are VERY far apart, footwork isn't very good but does have good upper body movement, not a very good jab, lunges in almost like hes trying to bellyflop his opponent, open all night long for the left hook.

A big guy in a small, very weak division if you ask me.

Lmao this guy is seriously like 5ft8½ & rehydrates to 155

Honestly look at this, cardigan & a tad closer to the camera or not this guy fcukin dwarfs Alexander & Maidana!

holy ****. hes big as **** compared to them. what the hell

He looks a good prospect. The potential is there so it will be interesting to see how he progresses.

The guy is predictable as hell. The guy who thinks this guy beats Gamboa is barking! He wouldn't last 4 rounds.
so funny how Leaderman has to stop himself from saying 'Heavy as fuccck' @ 17:05

while berto was unbelievably fast coming up, he does not have boxing skills anywhere near that of broner, even though berto has been a "world champion" for as long as broner has been a professional

broner is 22 years old. the kid has a huge upside. he'll have trouble at higher weights where guys can take his punch and will have an easier time with his length, but so does everybody else.

he sees shots well coming at him, and he throws back with with enough speed to connect and enough power to hurt guys at 130 and i'll venture at 135 as well.

while i dont think he'll become a real star unless he can fight at 135 or 140 at the lowest on the elite level, i do think he'll be a player for some time.

i find it hard believing that adrien broner is the next big thing, or even that he'll have a great career, but i do think he can fight. he's only 22 years old.

But the thing is Floyd doesn't just wait, he's more proactive than people realize. When he's not punching he does a lot of pawing and feinting, little things that make his opponents make mistakes, unlike Broner who just waits for mistakes.

It's very hard to impress haters, its almost impossible. Some haters aren't even impressed by Floyd.

Perhaps your vision is clouded by other things. He is big but he is also skilled. Lets hope the big names don't avoid him.

Broner has all the boxing foundations necessary to make it big in boxing whether he uses them is a different case
