IMO hes a very top heavy guy with a majorly wide stance that over-thinks everything and it just looks so unnatural. You can see him thinking, he isn't fluid, everything is forced with him.

You can literally see him stop & think and you know what he is thinking.

I have zero clue what you see there that seems to be all telling that you would stop Broner in his tracks. Maybe you are a genius boxer.

What I see is Broner walking him down with the jab and landing 2-3 good shots.

I think you are confusing a fighter who's relaxed in the ring to someone telegraphing their moves. I highly doubt at 9:36 you were saying to yourself Broner is going to throw a left hook followed by a right as Eloy comes back up.
