how about that a strong chest will help you be a better race car driver?

the coolest thing I have probly recently found out though, is that strong legs will increase your pullups tenfold!
See THAT makes sense to me..Strong chest helps a driver clinch a steering wheel, at fast speeds..THAT Makes sense to me,or a strong bicep, will help u punch harder, since ur bicep is like a water jug of force, on the end of ur fist...THESE Things make sense to me...all this other complex trash, "The power comes from ur legs, ..if u build up ur legs, it will make u better at punching",...kind of makes SOME sense, cuz u can plant ur legs, and sit on the punches, but no...most of the power and force comes from that bicep..like I said before, look at victor ortiz...from cotton fist, to big puncher, over night!
