    I absolutely agree on that...there is no limit to how strong u can get...I used to increase the weight weekly but I was getting too big and too strong..I prefer to have a small frame, with cuts...and I used to see the football team of my school get into gang fights, and crack guys, have them bleeding out of their skulls...I believe u can get so strong that you could kill some one...Getting life behind bars, from a fist fight, is not the way to go...I dont want to be that strong at all!

          I said Tommy has no biceps, which he didn't doesn't and never will. He has no bulges, like you said he does. He wasn't a born puncher because he had 11 KOs in 155 wins as a amateur.           Now on the flip you have Mike Jones, who probably does HAMMOR CURLZ all the time. He probably takes his Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein everyday, takes his multi-vitamins, his creatine, look like a natural bodybuilder, He gets swoll, gets cut up, gets his peaks up, YET he can't punch for ****.

          Trolling, I never said he had buldges, but u know I never said it, your just trying to frustrate me by twisting me words...people do these things out of frustration, in order to frustrate their competitor...no, wont work...and u say Manny taught him technique, and all of a sudden he's a KO Artist...Im sure he had him doing something for punching power, other than technique....cuz teaching a weakling how to throw a punch, will not make him the most devestating puncher in boxing...everyone in boxing, is learning technique, how come their not KO'ing everyone..LOL...Just accept the fact that ur wrong, and move along...Aint no "w's" over here for u man!..U tried everything in the book, changing the subject, trying to bait me into new arguements...all I said was weight lifting was the easiest way to increase ur power!...Its an OBVIOUS Fact....I seen it before, Im a living witness, you cant tell me anything, cuz Im smarter than u, and I think for myself, you just hate to think with common sense...Your bicep is the closet Big muscle to ur fist....u increase that force, and u will do hella damage...its common sense!..You even know that by now, but u refuse to walk away, so ur tryin, and tryin...keep tryin and keep failing, or just give up!

                  Man I wont say who hits harder, but look at all those veins in that guy man, his arms look like water jugs, I bet he would kill you dead with one punch...all that force, catapulting his fist man...he prolly so strong, he would break his hand, break ur face, crush ur teeth, all at the same time...this guy is too strong for his own good...BUT I will say this...e is very BIG, But we dont know how STRONG he is...some guys have big muscles, but cant lift that much..I kno some guys who barely lift, and their arms explode in size...I kno some guys bigger than me, who arent as strong as me!..I dont kno, but if he can curl 90lbs, like it he LOOKS, you better not go getting into any brawls!

                      How does that work? The bicep flexes the elbow joint there isn't any punch where there is much if any elbow flexon. I would think the bicep would be one of the least used muscles in a punch.
