forget the names for a second, cotto has only beaten 1 guy who had a world title.
Better resume Jmm or Cotto

I hope you're not implying HBO....is...you know what I'm gunna let it go.
Anyway, I go with Marquez IF you consider his "wins" over Pac. Otherwise I'd go with Cotto since his opposition wasn't "dead" yet and went on to do well after... Even though he's lost to the best fighters he's fought.....Maybe JMM!? As I'm writing this I 'm not sure nowComment

wtf???Foreman is retired and the only title Clottey ever won was a vacant 1Cotto's resume reads:
Torres: undefeated, came back to win a championship
Malignaggi: undefeated, came back to win a championship
Maussa: undefeated, came back to win a championship
Quintana: undefeated, came back to win a championship
Judah: came back to win a championship
Mosley: became THE lineal welterweight champion after Cotto loss
N'dou: came back to win a championship
Clottey: likely to win a championship again
Foreman: undefeated, likely to win a championship again
Not to forget he beat former champions like Cesar Bazan & Corley.
Now look at Marquez's opponents and do a comparison!
Cotto lost to Pacquiao at a catchweight. People talk about Cotto being 146lbs in his fight before Pacquiao but they fail to flip the coin and realise that in his fight after Pacquiao, he was fighting at 154lbs - hello? Then he lost to Mayweather in a competitive 8-4 or 7-5 type-of-fight.
Marquez has losses to Chris John and Freddie Norwood. I respect Juan Manuel and he stylistically he has Pacquiao's number but I'd go with Cotto on this one.Comment
