55-45 you can make a case out of that. 60-40 is not fair...that means for every 1.5 million ppvs floyd makes, pac only makes 1 million. and of course you also need to consider the opponent and the undercards.

for example, if floyd-cotto made 1.5 million and pac-bradley can make 1 million...that doesn't mean a 60-40 split because cotto obviously commands a ppv market compared to bradley.

Thats why I said factor in live gates and get the number. I know my percentage split isn't exact, that why I want to them to run the numbers.

Like schaffer said if manny makes more and desrves more, so be it.

Again. Floyd wanted higher guarantees than Arum was willing to pay. Floyd was CLEARLY money-motivated.

Arum was offering $7 million guarantee to face Miguel Cotto. Floyd just fought Miguel Cotto for a $32 million guarantee. And he paid Arum zilch.

YOU as a fan may not like that. But how is that a bad move by Floyd the boxer/businessman?

And don't tell me that Floyd was wrong for prioritizing the biggest money fighters, because I can paste about ten (um, thousands) articles from the past couple of years where Arum/roach/Pac/Koncz say that the reason they chose this opponent or that one is because they "brought in the most money" of the options. And copious posts of the midgets on here defending that.

Do you think anyone gives a **** about how much money Ray Robinson, Ali, Greb or Leonard made? Again if his excuse is money....cool, but don't get made when people blast you for not facing fighters in their prime.

I never said pac is worth no ppv so stop making it up. Manny desrves no more than his share, which seems to be between 30-40% but running the numbers will show exactly the total.

Hating someone has nothing to do with it. He hated manny when he offered a great deal and the ****ty deal. Manny turned both down.

I am not a fan of any promoter and have never bought a ticket or paid a PPV charge to see a promoter.

If you truly are a boxing fan, and I belive you are, you should care that the men you watched and enjoyed were completely exploited by men like don king and Arum. Do you ever consider what happened to ALi, Joe Louis, Tyson, froma financial standpoint?

I loathe ODH but can't thank him enough for creating a model where fighters get the bulk of the money, not promoters, especilly poor black fighters who for year have been exploited.

SO I care that ALi had to take a Berbick fight and a Holmes fight just to survive. I care Tyson got robbed by DOn King. and I care floyd got robbed by Arum.
