Taking less money may mean 49/51. Mr Floyd is offering like 70/30, which is clearly a duck move again. Mr Floyd also said, "If he takes the test, we'll have the fight." Pac agrees and nothing happened.

One of these days Pac would call his bluff again and just give him whatever he wants. I'm very sure Mr Floyd would find some ways to duck the fight again. It will never end. Just months ago for three whole years he is laser focused on the drug testing issues. That was the only issue that came out of his mouth. Nothing else. Someone must have snapped him out of it and reminded him that Pacquiao has already agreed to take the test. Now he shifted his focus on money issue, and as expected, he's pricing himself out. Strangely enough he was bringing back the drug testing issue when he was promoting the Cotto fight and talked very little of the split issues.

This is the guy the sport is dealing with. That's why FEAR is the major issue in this fight. You can't do anything about it. In that case, you can't blame him. You'll fear sorry, instead.

I thought Schaefer's solution was very reasonable, considering that the one who brings in the most money should be the one to take home the most money, which is most likely Mayweather.

Arum's solution wasn't unreasonable either considering the winner would have earned the bigger cut on fight night.

But the reality is, at least in my opinion, that this is all bull**** until they sit down and make this fight happen, what's told to Jim Lampley on his show doesn't amount to anything, just talk.

Funny how I've read this entire thread, and not once have I seen Al Haymon's name mentioned. Let's not forget what an instrumental role he plays in this...so Schaefer's name is almost irrelevant.

The worst thing to do is bring accountants into it to crunch numbers...and real numbers, might I add. Let's not forget how Vision Quest got the boot when Arum found out about it.

Arum runs the sport, so whatever he says, he wants people to submit, agree, and run with it...as its been like that forever. Floyd just earned the biggest purse in boxing history, so he feels entitled to some type of leverage as well.

I guess its safe to say that we're back at square one...

haha... what has happened to the "no test, no fight?"

keep on diverting the issue, floyd.

            take the test, pac!

this whole PPV numbers game is flawed at best...cosidering pac if basically a foreigner fighting in the u.s...and mayweather an american fighting in his own country...so its obvious that a local draw will outnumber a foreigner...its like asking mayweather to draw a bigger crowd in the philippines than pac, thats not going to happen.

also, since pac arrived as a welterweight, alot of his fights were against non american (hatton, cotto, clottey, margarito, marquez)...which on PPV fight nite, you basically have two non americans fighting for american PPV audiences...with that said, mayweathers PPV number should be atleast outdo pac by 500,000 by default if mayweather wants to be considered the PPV king.

do you really believe mayweather/cotto would outsell pac/bradley in the philippines or any other asian country? i highly doubt it.

arum/shaeffer/gbp had nothing to do with the latest fallout with the pac/mayweather possible mega fight...it had to do more with mayweather and his NO PPV percentage to pac...if you really look at it, mayweater only outdraw pac by a couple of hundred thousands...which should be the case considering he is an american fighting in his own coutry...how many foriegners other than pac consistantly draw around 1mil per PPV?

So is it the split or the drug testing? The idiots running this great sport need to at least make up their minds on what PR lie they are going to use
