No that I disagree all that much with Floyd on promoters being some of the biggest pieces of ***** in the sport, but he doesn't realize the damage he's done to Gamboa's career with this crap.

Sounds to me that they convinced Gamboa that the Rios fight was too dangerous and that Top Rank was using him, and will teach him the trade of becoming a star while avoiding the most dangerous fights

If Floyd was all that concerned with Gamboa's situation, he would have waited till his contract with TR was done before he tried luring him away. Seems like Floyd was more concerned with trying to screw over Arum more than he was with looking out for Gamboa.
