Yeah, he probably was. Another reason I think he would put hands on Floyd in his prime. Even if he didn't blast him out, he is big enough, busy enough to handle Floyd on points. Floyd couldn't hurt Mosley at any weight.

And he didn't look remotely worse the single time he fought a good fighter.
Why you putting Holliday on a pedestal I think Leija and Molina are actually better.

Still.....the only guys tha were ranked in the Top 10 that Shane beat at his 135 run were Holiday, Leija, and I'm not sure on Molina. I'd have to look it up.

They all rank about the same IMO, Holiday isn't markedly better like IronD is acting.

Becase Holiday is the only fight he foght who was in the Top 5 of the Lightweight Division and in his prime. Strangely enough, he looks remotely worse in that fight compared to all the others bums and washed up fighters he foght at Lightweight

                Leija? Really?

In 1995 perhaps. 1998? Not so much.

                Molina? Same as Leija.

Guy hadn't done anything releant since getting beaten by Oscar 3 years prior.

Both were past it, and damn near irrelevant at that point. Leija creeped into the lower half of the Top 10 after an absence from there after his win over a 40 year old Azumah Nelson.

Holiday on the other hand was considered to be one of the best fighters in the division and was in his prime.

That's why I put him on a pedestal and is clearly the best fighter that Mosley fought at 135 at the time he fought him.

And, again, shock horror, he looked visibly worse then the rest of his bum infested Lightweight reign.

How on Earth do Molina and Leija at the point of their careers in 1998 rank the same as Holiday?

The versions Oscar fought, yes I agree.

The ones Mosley fought? Not so much.

Same could be said for Floyd when he fought Castillo compared to say, N'dou. Fighters aren't always spectacular and I don't think Mosley looked as bad as you're making it out to be.
