Canelo hits just as hard as Angulo......come on, man. Canelo is much better boxer but he doesn't have the power of Angulo. Canelo has power but Angulo has punishing power that beats a man down.

This is gonna be a very interesting fight, Kirkland is gonna have to work on his fundamentals for this one. Canelo has the hand-speed and timing to catch him if he doesn't set up his shots, so the jab will be a key weapon. I got Canelo by decision, either that or Kirkland stops him in the championship rounds.
This fight got all the makings for a FOTY.

I don't know why people are so convinced on this kid, Canelo.

        What has he done?

He was hurt against Cotto's brother and losing the fight against Gomez. He has victories over Hatton and old, over the hill Carlos Baldomir.

You guys make absolutely no sense thinking this kid can beat Kirkland.

Do people not understand that being clinched 118 times is a big deal?

Do people not understand that fighting with 2 shoulder tears is a big deal?

Canelo has stayed away from Kirkland this long for a reason. He's trying to seize the moment, like he always does, by fighting a guy that looked weak in his previous fight. But he and everyone else who thinks this kid can beat Kirkland will be in for a rude awakening when they fight.

Then, like the Angulo fight, you will either say he gassed or the kid was too young to begin with. I love it.

Maybe if James could have kept his azz out of concrete heaven and didn't get KTFO by Ishida he would have gotten his shot at Canelo by now?

Right, because Canelo fighting the loser of Molina-Cintron; May,Pac-Mosley, gives all the indications that he would be fighting an undefeated top 3 JMW in his own division.

Nice try................ Umm, no it wasn't. Try again.

And he would have stopped Kirkland if he didn't punch himself out.

Hell of a fight if it happens. I'm leaning towards Canelo winning but if Kirkland wins I won't be surprised. Be surprised if it lasts 12 rounds because I can see knockdowns galore in this one.

He punched himself out, but he was throwing combinations in rounds 2-4. Pretty good for a punched out fighter.

He punched himself out, but he was still knocking the snot out Kirkland (literally) in replay's shown. Pretty good for a punched out fighter.

Lol Keep going in your senseless rant.
