You probably thought I would read this, didn't you?

I don't think Marquez gets enough credit for those fights either. Most of you must not think Marquez is very good to fight such close fights since Pacquiao is an overrated, one dimensional, steroid fueled fighter who only looks good against terrible old fighters.

He probably doesn't get enough credit because majority of the people who watched the trilogy believe Marquez was robbed 2 out of 3 times.

what is also not impressive, is when you back pedal and your face still manages to look like this

marquez is a good boxer, but hes not in pac's league - imo, pac has beaten him all 3 times, and all 3 times by at least 3 points.
Most of the boxing world, including boxers and writers, had Marquez winning the 3rd fight. Guess they don't know anything about scoring fights either?

He deserves absolutely no credit for the third fight. He shouldn't have won it at all. Should have been a draw or a Marquez victory. Don't see how he won it and I've watched it about 4 times.

pacquiao lost to the same man three times and got away with two wins and a draw. i dont see how he deserves more credit, hell some ppl acctually think he won

when you are supposed to be the p4p king and you lose three times against the same man there should be some critisism coming your way, even if that man is the legendary juan manuel marquez and you gave him three tough fights.

Actually I didn't, he's an idiot. I stopped reading anything he says awhile back. Just like you and Brother Jay. If I see one of your post is more than 2 sentences, I won't waste my time reading it.

Pacquiao gets hated a lot because Arum has given him undesirable fights but he deserves credit for taking on his biggest rival 3 times despite always being at a technical disadvantage.

A lot of big stars have gone through their careers without giving someone who they beat in a close fight a rematch e.g De La Hoya with Whitaker, Quartey, Sturm.
the whole boxing community respects what Pac did to JMM. No one has made JMM kiss the canvas that much and be scared as much as he is. No one has made JMM have to fight the way he has to do have a shout at the end.
JMM has had to adapt his style to accomate Pacs great abilities. But has had to do it at a cost, and has had to dampen his own offensive instincts to survive.....the operative word being survive, and in the fights hes done as good as his latent potential will allow him to do. JMM has become what he was as he is always one punch away from being ko'ed.

Hes gets credit for giving rematches to JMM. Something Floyd wont do as hed lose and as hes living off of that win over the bloated JMM, he just cant afford to give rematches.
