Does that make you a sweet pea bumsniffer?
Your opinion of Floyd drives every opinion you have on the sport. You're not the worst here though to be fair.

I started watching boxing in 1979 and will watch long after floyd retires for real. My opinions about boxing are based on being a 30 year fan of this sport.

Well if you look at that list Pacquiao is the highest in the ATG list.

For me it goes Roy, Pernell and then Floyd.
Pernell has to be one of the most underrated guys on here. It probably stems from the fact that he wasn't flashy and "exciting", and most of these cats on here didn't watch boxing back then.

But only one was named fighter of the decade
And Cotto also said 145 lbs affected him......there goes your point homie.

145 was not the reason Cotto lost to Manny. And Marquez didn't all of a sudden become better 2 years later at 144. You think he didn't train hard enough for the biggest fight of his life against Floyd??? Get the f**k outta here.

Again it's not my point, it's Juan Manuel Marquez's. He went into detail about how his preparation was affected for FMJ and how he got his training completely wrong for the step up (two divisions wasn't it?).

He also explained how he'd changed things in preparation for the Pacquiao fight, don't believe me then go watch it but I know you won't because you don't want to hear the truth

You mention Cotto, maybe 145lbs did affect Cotto, but Manny Pacquiao stopped him and beats him at 140lbs, 147lbs and 154lbs that much is clear. He beats Mayweather at all those weights too, that's why ya boy won't take the fight for love nor money.

Huh? I love Pac but Roy and Whitaker are definitely greater.

So you believe the Marquez that schooled Pacquiao again last year would beat Mayweather? Or even win a round?
