It's all up to the ref. Molina shouldn't have been DQ'd.
Floyd could have had a DQ loss to Judah?

Yes after Roger jumped in. Not before. Again letter in the rule the fight "should" have been over by then due to the DQ.
That's under the ref discretion. It could have been a DQ or points take away or just a warning since JMM was holding to the rope.Comment

The bell rang, the round ended. The corner man dove in the ring and started preparing the stool - i guess he didn't realize the count wasn't finished. THATS why he jumped in the ring last night. He was overzealous after his fighter had been knocked down and the bell had rang.
I still disagree with the ruling because the referee finished the count and asked Molina if he was OK, as if he had intended to let the fight continue. I wonder if anyone from GBP called for the DQ - reminding the ref of a rule he probably had forgotten or overlooked prior to.Comment

I was waiting for your post Roman, thanks for dropping some knowledge. It's not really under the ref discretion.
The ref last night did not know the rule.
What Roger did should have been a DQ'd against Floyd. He broke the rule. However, common sense the DQ would have been wrong on so many levels. But, by the letter of the rule he should have been DQ'd.
By the letter of the rule Molina should NOT have been DQ'd. His cornerman did nothing wrong. And, using common sense as well he shouldn't have been DQ'd. Hell by the letter of the rule the cornerman did the right thing.Comment

He was not overzealous whatsoever. He did what he was suppose to do.The bell rang, the round ended. The corner man dove in the ring and started preparing the stool - i guess he didn't realize the count wasn't finished. THATS why he jumped in the ring last night. He was overzealous after his fighter had been knocked down and the bell had rang.

By the letter of the rule once the bell rings. The chief second has 1 full minute to help his fighter in any way including recovery.
The bell is not suppose to ring until the count is over. Once the bell rings the round is over the trainer can come in. As long as it is just one trainer. Now if it's more than 1 then that's different.
The Timekeeper and referee messed up the call last night.Comment
