No, he would be a fool to do so. It's very high risk for very little reward. He might as well fight Paul Spadafora while he's at it too if that's the case, to avenge his sparring session "loss."

He's so unknown that the infamous Larry Merchant, one of Mayweather's greatest haters, said that Martinez would be lucky to get a 10% purse for fighting Floyd. Many fans do NOT want to see Mayweather vs. Martinez.
