    absolutely.

I have always said Manny and Floyd can fight Martinez, but aren't obligated to do so due to the size difference.

IMO the Cotto fight doesn't prove Floyd can fight at SWW because Cotto's best win's there were against two shot former WW's in Margarito and Mayorga.

Bute beats Froch then he will get his shot and last time I checked Bute was not a Top 10 P4P Fighter, but Sergio and Ward are which would make this fight interesting IMO!

He should fight Ward if he moves up to 168 but he's not mandated to move up.

And if you want to compare it to the Floyd/Pac situation then you should wait for Ward to post on his Twatter that he'd come to 160. Otherwise the situations are not the same
Yes but Floyd and Manny are SMALL welterweights and they are not mandated to fight a middleweight Sergio. Ward has stated many times he would meet Sergio at 164....Ward started his pro career at 160, i don't think he would have no problem accommodating Sergio.

Are you saying Martinez vs Ward is a better fight than Bute vs Ward?

After the Ward/Froch fight Sergio was asked about the possibility of this fight at catchweight and he was down for it...

Bute is fighting Froch...Ward will most likely fight him afterwards...He did/does still have a broken hand and after his Super 6 run he does deserve a break...

I dont think they are mandated to fight Sergio. But don't give me that **** about how they can't fight above welter when they have already for easier opponents. Its nothing to do with not being able to fight above welter, its because Sergio isn't an easy fight like Oscar, Margarito and now Cotto.

Until he says 160, its not the same as Sergio calling out Pac/Floyd.

In The US...ABSOLUTELY! As far as International Appeal no question Ward vs Bute is a BIGGER FIGHT!

                  He said better, not bigger.

Ward vs Bute is a better fight.

Sergio doesnt have long to go but with Ward actually interested enough to send tweets and Mayweather even open to the idea at all there are worse problems he could be having right now.

I don't see Arum open to risking Manny vs Sergio at all tho.
