It's clear to everyone that Haye would have a decent chance of beating Vitali. That's why a lot of people don't want him to take the fight simply because they don't like Haye. What happened to fans wanting competitive fights?

Ive said all along that Gaye has the best chance of anyone of troubling the Klitschkos, with the attributes he possesses. Its whether he truly has the bottle and belief to do it.

And I don't think he does, he just wants to get paid again because his career as a Hollywood starlet hasn't gone to plan.

He's beaten nothing but a handful of 40+ yr old C class, faded, washed up heavyweights & talked a right load of crap he hasn't backed up.

I fail to see how his 'style' gives Vitali any problems. His WHOLE heavyweight campaign was filled with negativity. He has an absolute disgraceful punch output.

I'm not surprised he hardly was able to hit him, all Haye fcukin' did was run like a ***** and fall to the canvas every 2 seconds.

Did an awful lot of running for somebody with a broken toe that was causing severe pain & discomfort.

Guys like Thompson & Chisora although not as skilled will actually try & give it a go though! Chisora has a style that will & did give Vitali problems & any other HW on the planet for that matter.

Haye would definitely beat him now IMO, that is why Boente is doing everything he can to avoid this fight.

If Vitali don't want to fight Haye because he is past it, then do the honorable thing an retire instead of fighting some gimme fight and robbing the fans of a true heavyweight title clash.

I always thought Vitali was a man who the convictions of his words but all the talk of knocking Haye out and wanting to fight him, seems just talk.

If you are going to talk the talk, then walk the walk, if not shut the hell up.
