This statement...you typed it faster than you thought about it.

Cotto went hard for 11 w/ Margarito I and 12 hard w/ Pacquaio. He also went 12 hard w/ Clottey after getting that gash. If that isn't a testament to someone's durability, then I don't know what is
The size and strength difference that was there when Mayweather fought Castillo will not be the same as when Mayweather fights Cotto.

And it's not his first fight at 154.

Oh i see. So because he lost to the greatest offensive fighter weve seen in a while, in part because he played into said fighters strengths, he's now shot. Gotcha.

He completely outclassed foreman, and undefeated champion who was predicated by many (probably you too) to outclass cotto. Mayorga, not a top tier guy but a hard puncher who presents its danger, was completely outclassed. And margarito, a tough s.o.b who has a solid chin and throws hard shots, outclassed. Yet...thats a knock on cotto.

Id be willing to bet you thought 2 of those 3 fighters you predicted to beat cotto. Again, how many rounds in his last three fights has he lost?

I certainly think Cotto is physically stronger and sizable towards Mayweather. Not in the height, but Cotto has always been the sturdy and strong type. I don't think it'll be a huge factor, but it will be when it gets close. He was able to use his size and strength to move around Margarito who is big and strong

He didn't just lose. He got physically and mentally beat down. For the second time in his career. He's like a repeat **** victim. You don't just recover from that *****.

Now you're reaching. Who the *** picked the Rabbi to beat Cotto? Bum with a capital B. Mayorga is and has always been a glorified bum. The guy was retired and about to go into MMA. Tony had one eye and even still, Cotto couldnt get rid of him and needed doctor intervention. Good lord, stop trying to hype up three NOTHING wins.

No ones knocking Cotto, the guy is just finished as a top level fighter.

Funny thing is that "shot" Cotto would beat any welter or jr middle weight from his side of the world.

What does it have to do with my side of the world? How does it help Cotto against Mayweather that he could beat any welter/jmw on "my side of the world"?

Don't mind this butthurt Margarita puta who swore up and down how Plasterboy was going to destroy Cotto in a rematch.

Cotto is by no means shot and this fight will prove it.

I predicted they would stop the fight over the eye.

How will this fight prove it? If Mayweather doesn't stop him? You dont actually believe Miguel will win, do you?

He's possibly stronger and bigger than Mayweather.

But the size and strength difference between Castillo and Mayweather will not be the same or anywhere near as vast when Mayweather fights Cotto.

I am not saying it will help Cotto. But him being past his prime is not the same as being shot. However, it is funny to read your thoughts on Cotto, Cotto's career and diminish anything he does when he is still better than, let's say 95%, of the fighters in his weight class, prime or not.
