What bothered Floyd was Castillo's strength, size, durability, conditioning, he was new to the weight too. Cotto doesn't bring much of those qualities.

Cotto actually brings those exact qualities, may be not conditioning, but the rest he does!!

How is he not shot is a more pertinent question? The guy is toast. This will be a massacre if Floyd decides to put his foot on the gas.

He completely outclasses people he should be outclassing. In his last three fights, how many rounds has he lost?

Now your turn to explain why he is shot.

Maybe not conditioning, but he certainly brings strength, size and durability...and um, new weight.

This statement...you typed it faster than you thought about it.

Cotto went hard for 11 w/ Margarito I and 12 hard w/ Pacquaio. He also went 12 hard w/ Clottey after getting that gash. If that isn't a testament to someone's durability, then I don't know what is

Who has he fought? Two bums and a shot, one eyed Margarito.

I remember Roy Jones beat three similar calibre opponents before fighting Calzaghe. Doesn't mean he wasn't shot.

He didn't go hard in any of those fights. He went about as soft as a fighter can go.
