His attorney told this site that he has agreement with the court to fight on May 5.

Arum will never let Pacquiao to dictate hes terms..While Arum is still alive this fight will never b made cuz its hes way or the high way and Jr since he dont like this guy this fight probably wont get done..pAC will not step up to Arum and say whats up like hes supposed to where he says i dont want to figt anyone but Mayweather on may 5!! thats what i thought cuz they rather fight cotto who got brutaly destroyed by him in a non competitive fight...Another useless fight or in this case a rematch ...the only guy who deserves a remeatch to me is JMM and thats that!! but they wont give it to JMM right now cuz they know he still too Dangerous for pAC so they go with the much more lighter fight which is cotto... Pac-boy do you think Pacquiao has nothing to do with this fight not happening or do you solely put all the blame on Mayweather? This question is coming from an unbiased fan. I'm a big fan of BOTH their talents and their achievements but I do have my opinion on why this fight hasn't happened. Just wanted to know your stance and opinion on why you think this fight hasn't come to be. I see you are a die-hard Pacquiao and I respect that but I think in this case there should be more to it than just being a fan to put in perspective who to place the blame on.
