It also states in Iole article that FMJ's attorneys argument to the court to fight on May 5th was for contracted obligations to venue and cable networks. And asked for 3 weeks to recuperate from the May 5th fight thats were the June 1 surrender date comes from.Comment

I doubt that there are any contractual obligations. But, are there any legal obligations to fight on that date?
Meh...it doesn't matter anyways, since there's absolutely nothing wrong with the May 5th date. That's when the fight should take place.Comment

Yea and how many are successful? Its a matter of proving ESPN knew the email was fabricated which isn't easy like I said, ESPN isn't worried about getting sued. They've done similar stuff on numerous occasions. In fact I'd say they are rather known for it.Comment
