Marquez told Pac the same thing but the difference is that Marquez whupped Pacquiao's ass at the same weight Floyd beat Marquez at. why do you think Pac asked for the fight to be at 144 for when he could make 140 more easily than Floyd? Because Pac thought Marquez would be ineffective against him like he was against Floyd but fact of the matter is....... Manny Pacquiao ain't Floyd Mayweather Jr! And that's where they shot themselves in the foot trying to prove Pac is better. Pac weighed less than JMM for their fight. Pac is a fraud. Face it. Dude used the media to paint him as this great fighter to get rich.

This makes lot of sense, not!!
Not on Cinco de Mayo and not in Las Vegas he doesn't. Canelo would be a huge draw because of the Mexicans coming up from California. Canelo can never get below 150 and remember that he even failed to make weight for the Matthew Hatton fight, at 150.

So Cotto vs Pacquiao at 147lbs is ok by you, because it is not for Cotto's title and it is not even catchweight.

        Glad that is cleared up.
You are not even making sense which is typical of you. And you still haven't answered the question. When did Mayweather ever win a title at a catch weight?

So I guess Pacquiao has been at an advantage in almost every welterweight fight he's ever been in going by *******s logic. By your own reasoning you've admitted catchweights have benefited Manny lol.

You are one of the very worst posters on this site, yes, and I have encountered Check_hooks.

That cherry-picking b1tch needs another fight at Manny-weight.
Just because Manny is the King at 147lbs it doesn't make it "Manny-weight"

How "slow and sluggish" did an older Marquez look against Pacquiao? That's what I thought.

Well Cotto has other options to, like chavez JR. in NYC, ect,,ect, ect

The thing is Fight the man and the proper weight and stop the BS. Manny is looking like a b*tch, I mean, every freaking advantage has to be in his favor to take on a dangerous opponent, thats freaking sad!!

I agree with what you said about Canelo!

Why are you asking me that question, have I said or implied that Mayweather won a title by catchweight?

Don't change the argument because you are losing it.

Well fighting 3 years at lightweight and then having 12 months to put on the extra weight helps.

If RJJ fought Ruiz straight after the first fight with Hopkins and came in at just under 200lbs I'm sure he would be a bit sluggish too.

cottos not gonna fight at 147 hes gonna say thats too low...therefore he would have to meet pacquaio at a catchweight probly at 150
