Thats true I dont dispute that they try because of the money , humans will do so many risky things for money .

But the thing is , you brag about the win , even though he beat them not on merit , he beat them with a handicap , that makes a lot of difference .

so if a weight that he isnt more comfortable at ...isnt that a handicap for him? There has to be a meet in the middle. It takes courage and balls to step in that ring and for any one to go up go down or meet in the middle to fight deserves respect. each camp has comfort zone. and if any side doesnt feel good about it...dont get in the ring. They have that option. Manny fights. And he kicks ass in that ring...makes people look bad. He said after Margarito that he will not fight over 147 again....

I dont care what anyone says. Pac is looking like the biggest Biatch. Cotto needs to go ahead and fight Floyd. Win or lose Cotto deserves the pay day, No one can say Floyd chose a cake walk, Floyd makes good money, Cotto takes tests no problem, and no weight drain or gain problems....The hell with Pac biatch!

i too think the fight better to see and one i want to see is Cotto /Mayweather.... @ 154 hopefully

Great post but you forgot to do your homework on 150. The latter is a catchweight Bob Arum would NOT agree to because it exposes himself and Team Pac to the avoidance of Martinez at...yes you guessed right...150.

Just for the books , if you proposition a fighter that to get his biggest payday ever he must run the risk of draining himself , then its a HANDICAP your forcing , and then on top of that you force the slower weaker Cwed fighter into a 26 ft ring with unofficial gloves on , its paramount to cheating ,,,,, how can you brag about the win if it had a forced handicap ,,,, its a bull**** win , just like the guy that won an Olympic gold medal because the whole field fell over , your only as good as who you beat , and a cherry picked name with a handicap is just hype building .

Its not meeting in the middle when you force them down , its a case Im stronger and your weaker and slower , no merit in my book , either fight them on even terms or dont .

If Pac is scared of Floyd and insists on fighting someone he already beat at 145lb for a 147lb belt....

then maybe he should make it a bit more competitive(because he is "so great") and, I dont know, maybe fight Cotto at the weight he is a champion in...LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!
