I'd say its Canelo but he's been racking up some decent wins recently. Froch was definitely overrated before his fight with Ward. I used to think Martinez was vastly underrated but after beating Paul Williams he quickly became overrated. Paul Williams was never that good and suddenly Martinez shot up to P4P number 3 by beating him. There are a bunch of guys you can argue that are overrated.

How is Bute protected? Who could he have fought, when the 6 best at 168 lbs entered a tournament, which he werent invited to? Direll and Kessler was injured, Jermain Taylor retired? There were none left to fight. Maybe a Saiko Bika fight.
He's the 2nd/3rd best at 168lbs, because he still has to fight the top dogs in the division. I'd love to see him facing Froch, Kessler and Ward.

I'm no partucular fan of Bute, but I think alot of the critisism is out of the way.

To me - the most overrated fight is Nonito Donaire.

                  Andre Ward by far.

He beat Carl Froch not Jesus Christ himself
