Cotto isnt in his prime either, obviously
i disagree. canelo, williams, kirkland, lara, angulo and martirosyan all beat him, most if not all of them by KO. trout and molina would be 50/50 fights.

hes far from one of the best 154lbers in other words. hes shot, once arum stops protecting him his career will be over.

All it has to do is with recognition. The super six fighters were made out to do mythical fighters who all were undefeated (except Kessler) and that they were P4P. Truth is the super six consisted of fighters who were made larger than they were. Ward has 2 good wins in Froch and Kessler but him beating Abraham and Green aren't big

              think about it
Don't forget bika that was a solid win and Abraham and green were decent at best

Before 3 weeks ago, I'd say Amir Khan. I always would stretch my head at people who said they saw a future great when they watched him fight. But since fans are so harsh on people who lose, I'd no longer go with Khan ad most overrated.

I've always felt Sergio Martinez got overrated. People talked about him being up there with Pacquiao and Mayweather, with Max Kellerman talking about him being this "Superfighter". He's merely a good fighter in a poor division/era.

I actually agree with you, I think he stopped caring about legacy after the Pacquiao loss. I think everyone gets overrated and underrated but I find that the majority of people on this board overrate Cotto.

I agree I hate the way he celebrates after his victories like they were not expected, like after the Zuniga and Miranda fight.

A close 2nd is Carlos Molina. I think he fought a Lara that had an off night and beat up a shot to shyt Cintron. Can't forget this guy has loses to Chavez Jr. and Alvardo so if he storks through Kirkland which I doubt much credit will then be deserved.

                      Maybe Canelo.

                      They should fight.
