Chavez Jr., Canelo Alvarez, Amir Khan, BERNARD HOPKINS (while his accomplishments was great for his age...Jean Pascal? nobody will remember Jean Pascal 10 years from now...also still think he b!tched out against Dawson and was going to lose that fight)

I am unbiased so I will put my boy Gamboa in their...WHY? because his division is not all that good and I don't think fans have even seen the best from Gamboa yet, so right now he might be OVERRATED by some for Destroy Guys...HE WAS SUPPOSE TO DESTROY!

I would also add Lucian Bute, the best fighters at 168 have been fighting each other for 2 and half years...WTF has he been doing? Jesse Brinkley? (only took Young Peter Quillin 3 rounds to get rid of him...it took Bute 9), Brian Magee? (that is Froch left overs from 2006), Jean Paul Mendy? lol who's biggest win going into that Bute fight was a DQ win over Sakio Bika...no question at least from a International Stand Point...Bute is the biggest Hype Job in Boxing but doesn't have the Resume

All it has to do is with recognition. The super six fighters were made out to do mythical fighters who all were undefeated (except Kessler) and that they were P4P. Truth is the super six consisted of fighters who were made larger than they were. Ward has 2 good wins in Froch and Kessler but him beating Abraham and Green aren't big

      think about it
Ward wasn't even favored to win the Super Six going into the tournament. He fought and beat Kessler, Green, Abraham, and Froch. That is impressive, name a fighter who has had a better run in the same time span?

If Gamboa is destroying guys he is supposed to destroy, than he is being rated perfectly. If anything, he was underrated for a while because he was considered on the same level as Lopez.

Explain how Ward not being the favorite to win the tournament justifies your argument?

Imo other over rated fighters include Saul Alvarez, Miguel Cotto, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., Lucian Bute, etc.

Its clear u started this thread with the intention of taking the mickey out of Pac that is clear.

No ones got Pacs resume so he isnt overated. If you think people are on Pacs level then they are the ones overated. For example if Sergio is the only boxer in the world considered on Pacs level, well then Sergio is overated and the same goes for Floyd. If there is one person in this world thinks Floyds resume is on Pacs level, then Floyd is the most overated fighter walking the earth.

Maybe you should read posts properly. I said Ward is overrated for the Super Six win, he only has 2 good wins IMO over Froch and Kess. Beating Abraham and Green doesn't do nothing for me.

The fact you say he is P4P now based on him not being the favorite to win the tournament is a fallacy and you know it.

that is like a guy wanting credit for paying his Child Support on time...THAT IS WTF YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO DO!!!

I support Gamboa all the way...but I think people are rating him more on what he POTENTIALLY COULD DO and not necessarily based on what he has done (which is mostly just Knockout/Beat C Level Fighters) even his next fight...Rocky Juarez? that guys is on a 5 Fight losing Streak Right Now...that fight does absolutely nothing for him but allow him to possible score an impressive looking KO fighting at Super Featherweight

No he is P4P based on his kills and who he's beaten. We will see if Ward is over rated when he annihilates Bute if/when they fight. The only SMW I could see being competitive with Ward is Andre Dirrell.
