I never said he never beat any boxers in his career. The discussion was north of 135. North of 135 he has the same problems he had when he lost to Morales and then was not matched against raheem. His team said he had improved and fixed these flaws. He did not fix them he just fought people who couldn't exspose them, until he fought JMM a 3rd time.

    Is that better?

Yet he gets his name in the press every time by doing it. All of the *******s know who Martinez is now. I say that is a success whether he gets Pac, Mayweather or not.

Maybe not his crazy dominating like he does against swarmers/punchers, but it takes a top tier boxer to really give him trouble.
I disagree strongly (****ing demi moore in a few good men)

If so, TR would have matched him against Zahir Raheem after Morales. If so, then we wouldn't have had to hear how Dimirty Salita was too tall at 5'11 but Marg wasn't at the same height.

Sorry madsweeney but TR knew he hadn't improved to the degree they were saying.

It won't help him at all if he doesn't start capitalizing on the opportunity. I get that he wants the money, but he's probably lost most the momentum he had gained after beating Williams.

The fact remains that Floyd was bashed for the same thing you credit Pac. My post did not consist of hate but more of a valid point of the "double standards" that many people tend to have.

like i said before. you saw me as a manny fan and automatically assumed i was among those with "double standards".

indeed there are those with double standards. but it goes both ways. both manny AND floyd have fans with double standards. but it is foolish to automatically assume that a person posting is one of them.

next time, don't assume. it helps prevent foot in mouth disease.

hopefully, he'll come around. otherwise, it'll be his loss. both manny and floyd are going nowhere but up and he'll be stuck wallowing in being almost-famous.

if there is any fighter who deserves recognition, its him. but he's jeopardizing his own success by hoping for that one-time lotto fight that will never come.

no he was banking of JMM being OLD not the weight there is a video on youtube Freddie Roach saying they thought he was pass it and thought he had nothing left at a high level of fighting it had nothing to do with the weight
