You are mixing things dude. Floyd gets $25 mil as a FIGHTER and additonal as THE PROMOTER because he pays for things up front. Floyd is essentially Bob and Manny.

Its like floyd v ODH. ODH's $50 mil wasn't just as a fighter, but as the promoter. He paid floyd about $10-12 mil plus ppv sales. He paid himself $25 mil plus ppv sales.

Mayweather promotions is as credible as Manny Pacquiao promotions. So i dont see how Floyd can make more money but Manny doesnt.

I'm not sure why people are screaming for Cotto to leave Top Rank. They made him at least 15 million in his last three fights against pretty easy opponents, with headliners in Las Vegas, MSG and Yankee Stadium.

Mayweather vs. Cotto would NOT happen if he jumped over to GB because Mayweather's big argument of "pacquiao fights my leftovers" would go out the window. Mayweather has called Cotto a shot fighter in several recent interviews. "Pacquiao beat a shot Cotto who already got beat by Margarito"

Nobody at GB means anything at 154 except Canelo and they wouldn't match him with Cotto any time soon. They are not going to risk a kid who might have another ten years in the game against a fighter with three or four fights left. Cotto would only be used by GB as a name opponent to build Canelo's resume. GB is saving Canelo for a Mayweather fight, whether it takes place in May or later on.

first of all , when margs beat cotto, pac was still a jr lw or lw champion so it was floyd that supposed to have fought cotto but he retired...

you can say cotto was not the same fighter post margs but then again based on that reasoning why the hell is cotto better now than when pac fought him?...youre contarcdicting yourself bigtime...cotto is older now, more batte worn, more mileage, etc......
