3 bounces of the bag, yeah I'd agree. There aren't many people who can do the 1 bounce stuff Roy was doing, I've been using a speed bag on and off for 6 years and I can't do any 1 bounce stuff.

waiting for videos of multiple 15 year olds doing that on speed bag. Multiple to prove that they are not anomalies statistically speaking.

i've been in many gyms across the u.k and always been taught your elbow shouldn't be above shoulder level & if that is what roach, ****m & tyszu teach then that is good enough for me.

just youtube it, christ sake, it's basic stuff that anybody can learn within a few weeks.

the armchair experts will only disagree anyway & say something ridiculous is wrong with it so it's pointless.

Unfortunately his hand eye coordination is shot and most of the time they don't obey or they are delayed.hence he could neither duck nor evade his opponents "slow"punches.

Most pros who use the speed bag raise their arms higher than the dude in your video and they also raise their forearms so their arms are forming a triangle instead of a straight line.

One thing I hate about these newbie boxing fans, mostly young idots who dont know anything about my beloved sport of boxing is, how fast they discredit someone who paved the way for others. Roy jones is a pioneer, he is also one of the most dominate and entertaining fighters in the history of boxing. He was the MJ of boxing in his prime. His hands and feet were as fast as they come. Now hes old and washed up these punks on here are taliking **** about him. I really wish casual fans like those idiots would just float away into outer space, never to return.
