            absolutely not im great on the bag and can not do that you need extreamly good re flexes
            im in ny gyms all the time some of the best gyms in the country n never seen a 15 yr old do that ever

                  You aren't in any gyms then.

                  I train out of Schulers, harrowgate, Castellos and I get my sparring done at Joe Hands. It's hard to find a kid who CANT do the basic bag work like that.

                  I repeat, that's basic bag work man. He did basic singles and then did doubles. Basic doubles from 1 side. I'd be more impressed if he rotated from side to side, but he didn't.

                  And then he missed a basic finish, hence the reason him AND the crew laughed at the end. A proper finish is when the back stops moving.

                    The guy in your video is way too close to the speed bag and the platform isn't high enough, he's not raising his arms above shoulder level so he doesn't get any conditioning out of it.
