Answer: Vitali hay have said this. I've never read it but I'll take your word for it. But, based on this the reason he didn't have the condition for this is becauise of Klitschko himself. The fight was fought at Vitali's franetic pace and maybe he felt like Lennox couldn't hang with it. But one thing is certain, as displayed on the cards, Vitali was getting the better of Lennox.

You don't have to accept that if you don't want to.....

I don't have a reason to call you names back at this time.
    1. I apologise for calling you a name Bro.

    2. He said it to Larry live on HBO in the ring.

    3. That is the most dreadful response I've ever heard. Vitali was referring to Lewis' general pre fight condition.

    • Who really cares. These guys bring no excitement to boxing. I don't hate them but damn!

Hugo Boss only has to give them shorts and a robe.

Haven't we been over this before? Don't you know were never going to see eye to eye yet?
Boxers go out to actively cause damage. Lennox caused damage. Theres no luck involved.

He was the heaviest of his career. 256lbs. His peak weight was around 245lbs.

And beating a shot Tyson was not his "career best win". Sorry.

We never see eye to eye because you're wrong and Im right.

Yeah he was right around prime.

Lucky cuts? Didnt realise it was luck to repeatedly punch someone in the face till they bled like a menstruating vagina.
I distinctly remember a heavyweight coming out of retirement with almost 4 full years (almost qualifies for a leap yr) with the SAME exact scenario you described that was right around his prime with even more rust to shake off & go straight to the top fighter ranked in the division not NAMED his brother & completely dominate him.. so thanks for pointing out who's got the better resume after 38 yrs of age.

Yes... ho w quaint of you that you understand the broken English of a Ukrainian... he was obviously comping himself when he said it.. just like Invincible called it.. he was stating how he was getting the better of him & yes he was also insinuating that he was in much better physical condition than LL & yet it was he who was stopped & given a loss & told not to continue. Vitali has alot of pride.. he wanted to prove HE WAS the best heavyweight fighter by beating what he deemed was the best & he wasn't allowed to finish what he started.. which usually about 90% of the time results in a TKO no later than the 10 th rd.. That fight was going to go according to all his other fights if not for the cuts happening.. esp the way he was landing on Lewis.. there's no way Lewis could've taken 6 more rds of that.. he was at a point where all his other KO victims were & even more so because he was starting to gas.

Not really the same thing since Vitali came back to fight *****ty ass Sam Peter.

But yeh Vitali has the better resume after 38 years old cos Lennox didnt fight after that age.

I find that hysterical about these guys....trying to compare a fat, unskilled Sam Peter like it's any semblance of the same thing.

Wow.. so you actually just admitted Vitali is a better fighter than Sam Peter.. give the guy a medal.. I guess one man's prime is another man's retirement pension fund.. all depends on a fighters worth.

Lets compare him to the LL that fought Vitali instead.. both instances he was fighting supposed champions who couldn't train properly for the best fighter they've ever faced. Just sayin' LL is different to Sam Peter... how? Apparently they both have the same training methods against Vitali according to haters logic (just incase jakaSz OVER here thinks I'm the one claiming LL wasn't in shape)

It all comes down to skills and natural talent. Peter had little of either and only prospered because the division was so weak.
