Why would Lewis give a rematch to a guy he beat while he was fat and old? Vitaly didn't want a byrd rematch after losing so no way was Lewis obligated to give a rematch to a guy he beat. Get over it already.

You still fail to realize that age and weight has nothing to do with causing a cut. So sad.

It's just as well for Vitali's sake because imagine what a younger and more conditioned Lewis would've done to him.

          Typical Klitlicking bukkake thread.

Just showed me that you are just as unable to unterstand a simple fact as the other guy.
Age and form has nothing to do with causing a cut. And old and fat Lewis got outthrown, outlanded, outscored and dominated by Vitali, a younger one might have been more competitive against him. It's a 50/50 matchup.

Ok.....when have I ever claimed it did?

What you fail to realize is boxing is a 12 round affair and durability becomes a factor. The FACT is Vitaly wasn't durable enough to hold up for 12 rounds against a fat, old fighter. Cry and complain all you want about how he wanted to go on, but this is a sport and there are rules, and the rules say he lost!! You should be happy though...Lewis was going to knock him out anyway had they let it continue.

              • If Lennox stopped Vitali at the end of the 11th when Vitali was well up on the cards then I could see where you are coming from, the facts are he was stopped during the 6th with half the fight stilll to go and Lennox was coming on strong. There's no way Vitali could of carried on with that eye, it was a mess. Rules of boxing state that if a cut is caused by a punch and you can't continue because of it, regardless of the scorecards, the victim of the cut loses. Therefore, Lennox Lewis TKO6 over Vitali Klitschko.

                Deal with it.

                • Wow, people are still upset that Lennox beat Vitali.

People are still upset that delusional pr*cks think it was a legitimate iron clad win that didn't warrant a rematch. Lennox p*ssed out and people can't accept that.

There probably should have been a rematch. But fact remains, that Vitali wasnt that important to Lennox's legacy. The name Vitali Klitschko will be a footnote on Lennox's legacy.

Whilst losing to Lennox is seemingly still the peak of Vitali's career
