Right, Ali would have been undefeated because he would have went to war and probably been killed. The coward he is , he didn't go when he was drafted.

This is nonsense. For Ali it didn't take courage to accept the draft, but to resist it. Why should he kill people in a country hundreds of miles away for a country that didn't give him the freedom he was entitled to in the constitution. As a prominent figure, he wouldn't have been sent to 'Nam but into the Navy or even the Coast Guard. It took him alot of courage and heart to speak up and endanger his boxing career at its peak for his belief. Avoiding the draft = not an act of cowardice.

Lennox Lewis is the only fighter on Vitali Klitschkos record worth mentioning! Everybody else are bums! These Klitschko bros came along at the right time. You do realize that Vitali once had the speed and power to take guys out in less than 3 rounds? Now he spends 10 rounds tripping on his own feet trying to break a bloated, nub cruiserweight.

Vitali does not have 1 punch power anymore. If 2003 vitali couldnt floor Lennox, the 40 year old version isnt doing any better. You forget that Lennox has an 84 reach. On a bad day Lennox is going to connect at 46% because he just has superior range.

Lennox does NOT have to give his best effort to beat Vitali. I know thats hard for you to hear but its the truth. Vitali has to go 100% with 2 years of preparation to even compete.

Quality of opposition is a much better guage of greatness than ko percentage. And whether you agree or not the version of Lewis V fought simply wasnt at his best.

Lewis might have the names on his resumé, but I struggle to find anyone not past it. And maybe Lewis wasn't at his best (despite a prolonged camp in Canada), but it's easier to argue that Vitali wasn't either as he was scheduled to fight on the undercard and then on about a weeks notice took a replacementjob for the biggest title in sports. Major difference.



As for the topic then I'd say that Vitali might have lost the fewest rounds, but it's not like the contenders, outside the klits themselves, are anything other than ordinary. I think it's fair to say that this statistic alone is a very poor measure for all-time-greatness. Now Vitali will give any HW champion a run for their money. I think even the haters will agree on that, but a good run in fantasy match-ups does not elevate much, if at all, in ATG standings.
