I can say no more. This whole travesty was nothing more than a lynching. And the mob was at least on a par with the mobs of those days. My feeling is that Margarito has always been an honourable guy, and this can be seen when he faithfully observed the 1 year ban, which, as you know, could only be enforced in the United States. But he also refrained from fighting in the rest of the world, including Mexico, where he could have made many millions, and was offered lucrative fights.

The Commissions doublecrossed him by refusing to return his licence after the 1 year.

    After 1 year?????

The dude should be banned for LIFE!!!!!

    He could've killed someone..

But, oh wait, according to you, plaster of paris turns to powder when you hit someone. Plaster of paris should be legal because it's perfectly harmless. I'd love to see these articles that you read where plaster of paris is harmless (paraphrased), so I can ask the author if he's smoking the same thing you are.

Next thing I'll hear from you is MMA fighters should be allowed to fight with steel toe boots on. The impact of a kick with steel toes shouldn't be that bad right?

If the pad had traces of whatever on it, then why was Capetillo apologizing saying he grabbed the wrong pad. There should be nothing to be sorry over especially when the pad you have is harmless.

Oh wait, this was a a part of Richardson's mind games when he called the pads "hard as a rock". I guess the commissioners in the room were paid off to agree with Richardson by saying something's not right...

You and this "traces" stuff. I guess it happens all the time that fighters have traces of plaster of paris. But according to you, since it's perfectly harmless, it should be legalized right?
Naturally he'd apologise, especially when he had given cause and made an error, and Sherlock Richardson was looking (acting) like the Knell of Doom, but all the rest of your post is "Richardson, Richardson, Richardson etc,etc.etc. I think... Hopkins, Hopkins Hopkins etc.etc.........

I have read nowhere else where anyone called the pad "hard as a rock", unless repeating what Ricardson said (that is, if he actually said it) at least anybody who has seen and handled it. As we have read in my original post, 14 people handled the pad before it got to the Comission, and not one of them said anything about it being "hard as a rock". merely that it "appeared to be used', or "had a used appearance".

I've never seen anywhere, where Richardson, who "discovered" this "crime" gave it to the Commission rep saying...."here, feel this, it's as hard as a rock"........ What more natural a thing to do if it were indeed to be the fact. It would be AUTOMATIC.

"Flogging a dead horse" is a favourite occupation of conspiracy theorists, who love sensational news articles and never see or remember official reports. The news purveyors themselves live on sensation, and always make the most banal occurrence into "The 8th WONDER OF THE WORLD" very much like Carl Denham, except that he actually had it.

KING KONG is what I'm referring to. Can't be compared to a slightly stiffened from sweat, used gauze pad.

Shouldn't you be at your community center right now?

Normally, I would post actual links from ESPN or any other credible website to prove my point. I won't even do that here, because everyone knows the truth about Margarito.

Well, until I logged in boxingscene today, I thought everyone did. But oh well, it is a free country and if you want to be ignorant than go for it.
Look kid, this is looking at it objectively here based on what evidence we do have cross examined with what we know from being in the sport. I am dead serious when I tell you what I believe is the case I am not making an excuse for Tony.

Let me make one thing clear to you, you do not have to use Plaster to do the damage that plaster does, there are other methods in which you can use the gauze and tape provided that will give you the exact results as if you had plaster

Shall I move forward and explain?

I'm about 2 seconds away from taking your ****** comments and throwing them in my signature.

Everything that I've said thus far, I can back up with a credible link. But since everyone knows the truth behind Margarito, there's no need too.
