Floyd has been offering him a fight for the last two years but you seem to forget that little brave congressman had fear of needles,then when he beat his fear of needles mr congressman needed 3 weeks gap...which went down to one week than 3 days..than mr congressman filed a lawsuit...there's at least 30 people who said he was on roids but he just sued the guy he is meant to fight..interesting isn't it ??

Oh yea now mr congressman doesn't trust the USADA ...all those excuses from pacquiao...doesn't look like he wants to fight
