Pacquiaos been saying testings not an issue for a year at least and the whole time Floyd's been saying, "TAKE THE TEST!" but manny obviously didn't negotiate with Floyd from Saturday til today so what's changed? Did they secretly negotiate since Saturday and manny just now said testing not an issue? No, he's been saying it forever so how come Floyd aint yellin "TAKE THE TEST!" now? Answer that for me. Testing was never an issue. Floyd lie to you and the rest of the Floyd extremist. The only thing now is Floyd wasn't confident in his skills before but after witnessing Saturday he really believes it now which is why he ain't preaching the "TAKE THE TEST!"

good research Reloaded. the pac vs floyd fight is going to be ruined by arum the same way he ruined the juanma vs gamboa fight. one more time. floyd said after the negotiations that pac walked away from, that he will not have any more fights with out ost. and every fight he has had since then has had ost. and all the fighters took the ost with no problems. the negotiations ended because pac and co wanted unlimited urine testing and blood testing with a 24 day cut off. thats why you see travis tygart on boxing scene explaining that in 24 days a fighter could cycle on and off a ped and get the benefits of them and still past a urine test. and again nobody was fooled by pacs fighting top rank scuds. pac and co fought JMM because they thought he would be a traditional mexican fighter. they didnt understand JMM is a master boxer/counter puncher who could change fight plans in mid fight. there is so much info about this fight. if ost was not an issue why did pac and arum give so many excuses for not taking it? and if ost was not an issue why did arum recently say usada was in floyds pocket? really there are so many times they said testing was no issue only to change their statement when pressed. and if testing was no issue why not draw up a contract with full ost accepted in red and send it to floyd and the media. arum feels only he knows when the time is right for a fight and he has ruined fights with his silliness. this is not the first time arum has pulled this crap.

If u go back to fighthype and read the interview with floyd they did yesterday. U will see that he still is requiring OST for all who fight him.

also,the timeline points out when Ost was made public, Reload already listed the article saying it was included in the 1st contract and Roach and Koncz said it was no problem. Then it became a problem. They wanted 30 days, then 24, then 19. Arum called the fight off like 3 times. It was mess coming from team pacquiao...they even agreed to 14 days when it was no longer available. Now, they got a problem with Usada and Wada to do the testing. But Wada doesn't do testing. It always something with team pacquiao...Floyd stance has stayed the same
