He already did. Funny when HBO is present and Max asks Manny about fighting Floyd he says "Sure, let's fight, for the fans", but when Mario Lopez asks the same question and Bob is present he then goes "Uhhmmm..it's not up to me..uhmmm...ask my promoter Bob Aurum". Watch the Primetime broadcast of the Pac vs Marquez III fight. It's pretty hilarious.

And did you just forget how dominate Floyd was against Marquez? Or are you just in denial like the rest of the bunch? Floyd would and will beat Marquez in any weight division. Only chance Pacquiao has against Mayweather is a puncher's chance. And believe me, Roach's strategy is to get Mayweather out of there before the 4th or 5th round. That's it.
