Don't even TRY to blame this **** on Arum, sure he's a dumbass, and Pac's promoter, but all Pacquiao has to do is demand a fight with Mayweather, and it will be on.

But we all know he's not about to do that. Floyd is being avoided by Pacquiao like the bubonic ****ing plague.

Concerning Pacman & Arum, I think it's 50/50. Arum cannot control any side of the Floyd money, that's why the fight hasn't materialized. Floyd's taken 50% (at least) for he & his team, that leaves Pacman's half to be divided between Arum, Pacman & whoever else they by off. Not enough for Arum's liking. But I do agree that if Pacman demanded the fight & refused any other top rank pootshoot, the fight would come off.

On what basis. Floyd fights a measured fight, he does not rely on too much movement compared to JMM.. And he doesnt take risk as much as JMM. The last time he did that, he almost got clubbed by Mosley..

          A complete 180 from 2-3 days ago.

Is this what Rome was like when it fell???

It will interesting to see if ESPN really covers this story, and if this story gets on ESPN First Take, Around the Horn, PTI, etc.

If it doesn't, we all know how bias ESPN already is, it will a f**king travesty. But, if it is reported all over ESPN, event he casual fans will know the truth about Pac and Top Rank avoiding the fight for 2 years now.

You're the guy who kept whining about Marquez being robbed, and Pac being expose. And yet when Pac ask for a rematch to clear the decision, now you are saying he is ducking Floyd. Try to get your rants consistent at least.

We’ve all knew the truth it’s just Floyd haters and ******* who chose to be in denial. After over 50 fights mannys knows the type of fighters he looks good against and it isn’t Floyd.

Nope. From the second the fight was over, every post I have done, I said the fight was 114-114 a draw, could have gone either way.

How can you possibly sit there and defend Pacquiao and Top Rank for flat out refusing to negotiate a Mayweather fight????

Even the most hardcore Pac lovers affiliated with boxing are jumping ship.

I think it's pretty clear that Pac and Roach want the fight, as they have stated multiple times on camera as such. Pacquiao fears no one, never has. Roach, even though I think he realizes the very real possibility of a loss, is up to the challenge. You people hating on Pac need to direct their hate to Bob Arum, he's the one that's ducking bigtime.

I wish Pac would man up and tell Arum to **** off. I am starting to think he's afraid of the Bobfather, as opposed to people saying Pac's hiding behind him.
Roach is on record stating that they haven't figured out counter punchers yet and that Manny's next fight should be a tune up....So I'd change that "No" to a "Yes". And in the comment thread about the fight between JMM being made in April or June...the sentence clearly states that "Manny advised his promoter that he wants a immediate rematch..." So again...I'd change that "No" to "Yes"

                  Arum: Yes
                  Roach: Yes
                  Pac: Yes

A fighter that's willing to "get hurt" isn't very smart, especially if they could do the same amount of damaged while reducing the risk of being hit by being more defensive. The aim in boxing, is to hit but not be hit. It isn't to go out get your brains bashed in, so anonymous children on a boxing forum can say you had blood and guts.

Floyd is the most complete fighter in the game today, period. It isn't just a matter of saying Floyd is a "better counter puncher," Floyd is a better overall fighter in every category that matters.

Arum knows this too, which is why he's chasing after the man that damaged his goods instead of the man that will destroy them. Here's Arum's own words:

"We are pursuing a fourth fight with Marquez. As far as doing anything definitively, we aren't ready to do anything definitively. When we are ready to make a determination of what we are going to do, we will do it. We are not going to do this in the press. We will do what is in the best interest of ourselves and our client and make a decision when it's time to. If we decide we want to do a rematch with Marquez, there is no reason to sit down with Mayweather. If we want to explore a Mayweather fight, we will sit down with them. But I'm not going to sit down with them just because it's a good show."

Pac-May fight is already tarnished, and I am a Pacfan (you can even call me a *******. Pacquiao needs to fight Marquez first so that he can get his credibility back... Its the perception that the Floyd-Pac fight is a 50/50 fight is what makes this fight intriguing.. Ofcourse, I actually think that this fight is still 50/50 but thats not the consensus anymore.

If Pac cannot beat Marquez convincingly the next time, then the Pac-May should never be made anymore. It serves them right (both of them) for waiting this long...
