Look man, you gotta be realistic. Roach does want it I think, but I can't believe he won't even come out and say they want Floyd and no one else.

The truth is, if Pac really wanted it, he could easily tell Arum to make the Mayweather fight or he's done, or leaving Top Rank. He could make the fight happen if he really wanted it.
