Hopkins has a poor resume and defended his belt 20 times.

Calzaghe has a poor resume and has defended his belt 18 times.

    Ahh....

Hopkins fought everyone avaialable in those 10 years and dominated them. He's knocked out future Hall of Famers in Delahoya and Trinidad. He dominated and stopped Glen Johnson. He went 12 rounds and gave Roy Jones the most competitive fight of his prime. Hopkins is a shoe in for the Hall of Fame.

Calzage avoided a list of noatable Super Middleweights, has no names on his resume that were prime great fighters, and will likely retire having wasted his career without any Hall of Fame consideration.

Your only find it confusing because you allow yourself to be confused.

Ok, just to put you in your place before I go to class.

      1) Hopkins unified, and fought all around the nation and in different areas.

      2) Joe had the WBO belt for years, wow. Never unified, or did jack squat outside of his comfy confines in the UK.

      3) Hopkins is considered an all-time great, Joe is not, and never will be.

And I don't even fuggin like Bernard Jackoffkins. Jesus man, and you say I'm partial?
Good try... But I think you'll find that Joe Calzaghe HAS fought outside his country, and it is in fact Bernard Hopkins that has never fought outside his country...

Run along to class now... LOL!...

Hopkins fought in Ecuador and France. Funny that of everything he said, that was the only thing you felt you were able to refute, and you were wrong about it.

Thanks for coming out. We have some lovely parting gifts..

Your argument is weak and pathetic. Do pleas try harder. Joe fought some wanker outside the UK, but still in Denmark or wherever the phuk (too lazy to look it up) so what does that mean?

WTF do I care for fighting in Denmark. Surely you're not still confused that the best fighters are actually fighting in the U.S. now are ya?

I voted for the third option.

Simply because Ruiz did hit him flush, and Roy shook it off.

Yeah well... My argument is only weak and pathetic because you come out with a load of rubbish and you don't like it when I correct you.

Uhhmmm... It's funny that you say that but I think you'll find that it was infact - YOU that didn't answer MY question.

Sven Ottke, Eric Lucas, Markus Beyer, Anthony Mundine, Antwun Echols, Mikkel Kessler, Danny Green, Jeff Lacy.

These are all fights he could (and in some cases still) have taken that would have been better than anyone he's fought in years.

I'm sure you'll come out with a long list of reasons and excuses why these fights didn't or haven't happened, but the fact is Calzaghe has the least credible title of 4, hasn't come close to unifying, and has been fighting bums year after year when bigger challenges have been and are avaialabe.

Hopkins fought everyone at Middleweight that could have been viewed as a treat, and dominated them. He also unified all the titles.

Their careers aren't similar in the least.

I just can't be bothered to reply to this crap... I just can't be bothered to type out the explanations.

If you'd read the boxing news etc over the last 8yrs you'd know exactly why most of these fights weren't made... And throwing in Jeff Lacy makes me understand that you are looking at this from a completely biased view point.

                      Calzaghe has a broken hand.
