In the summer of 2010, Manny was still requesting a cut off, a 14 day one when he knew that Mayweather wanted full testing with no cut offs. Well, why did Mayweather now want full testing, you are asking yourself? Because that was the original protocol of the testing ANYWAYS and the original 14 day offer was made....get this...in a last ditch effort to save the fight, however, Manny rejected that offer and fought Clottey to the cheers of a lot of his fans... nothing you say or what anyone else says that will change that.

Surely, NSAC knows what drugs to test for with proper funding, and you conveniently forget mayweather was perfectly fine with even NSAC's standard test until December 2009 (that's right, as late as september 2009 it was still perfectly fine!)

Marion Jones didn't do the USADA testing when she won all those golds in the 2000 Sydney Olympics. Because USADA didn't get started until AFTER the Olympics of 2000. Then, when they tested her in the 04 Olympic games....she came home medal-less...again, think about it...and do your research.

Pac asked mayweather to take NSAC test, but agreed to unlimited urine testing on mayweather test + a blood test with 14 day cutoff incl. a test right after the fight.

Mayweather outright refused Pac's test.

Why use USADA when the NSAC was completely fine with mayweather until 2009? USADA has been known to let even an olympic gold medalist PED user pass their blood test.

in the first negotiations floyd offered a 14 day cut off which pac shot down and wanted a 24 day cut off. it seems as though you are tainting the evidence to make your point. and as you know pac walked away from the table and had already signed to fight clottey. so the first negotiations were not even on the up and up. arum used floyd to raise pacs profile and it worked.

NSAC said yes.

Schaefer said yes.

Arum said yes.
