perhaps you dont understand. NSAC stated they dont do that type of testing. and if all agreed, then why is there a problem? why even petition the NSAC when there is a capable body that has expertise and can do a better job. this is just a smoke screen to duck the test.Comment

Pac did say he is uncomfortable with having blood drawn close to the fight, but he wants the fight so he already agreed to the test.Comment

I will make it as clear as can be: Arum and Scahefer asked the NSAC if they would be willing to do the unlimited blood/urine testing.
NSAC said yes.
Schaefer said yes.
Arum said yes.
Pacquiao said yes.
Mayweather said no.
Can you spot the difference?Comment

“Manny Pacquiao was just an ordinary fighter and once he got over 25, 26, he became extraordinary. That doesn’t happen in the sport of boxing so it has to be something." -Floyd Mayweather Jr.
This tells you who's doing the ducking..It's been known to most since the beginning..

I assume you are talking about catchweights which pac only requested when he fought bigger fighters - i mean is it really that unreasonable to ask that they at least be the same weight one day before the fight? Pac would end up being outsized and outweighed on the following day anyway.
Besides, do you think these guys would agree to the catchweight if they really didn't think they would win? Cotto said he could make the 145 lbs. It's not like pac held a gun to his head and said he had to do it.Comment

Scrambling? A Pac fan talking about scrambling..and YOU at that?
How is it Pacquiao's fault when Ross greenburg even said "You have to ask mayweather"
Put it together:
Of course pac and mayweather will claim they are innocent.
All the third parties involved tend to indicate mayweather is the one creating the roadblocks.
I think you understand this but are unwilling to admit it.
Ok, well I suppose you will just continue living in denial then.
Pac agreed to NSAC unlimited testing, and was willing to compromise on mayweather testing by accepting unlimited urine testing with a blood cut off. When one side is willing to compromise and another isn't, it's fairly obvious who deserves more blame.
Pacquiao has fought since negotiations failed and none of his opponents requested extra testing. Think about it.Comment
