i read the whole article and there were some things that kizer was absolutely wrong about. like him saying floyd was the one negotiating in the media. that is absolutely false. it was actually arum and team pac and to a lesser extent schafer and dlh who did that. mayweather stayed real quiet during the whole process. so yea, i dunno how he put that together.

The funny part about it was, when Manny rejected the 14 day offer, a large portion of his fanbase went nuts.... "yea Manny! dont bow to that Fraud!"

Then he went on to fight Joshua Clottey.

I'm not about to go over everything with you. I know exactly what happened, you seemed to have caught the tail end of things. The 14 day cutoff or offer was a response DURING the mediation of Manny wanting a whole 30 days with zero testing. Floyd offered to cut that in half and Manny STILL rejected it and fought the Amazing Joshua "I've never won a big fight ever in my life" Clottey. Once Manny rejected it and walked, Floyd moved off the 14 day offer BACK to the original testing protocol of...get this....USADA. He went on to fight Shane with no cutoff and they had NO problem getting the fight made.
The question is and always will be, why did Manny reject the 14 day offer when it was made in an attempt to make the fight?
So this sounds like an admission that the second negotiations were indeed called off because of mayweather's vacation?
As for the first fight: We could always ask; why did mayweather not want nsac unlimited blood/urine testing when pac was ok with it and so was mayweather's promoter?
I did follow negotiations and i did state before: I think you have to put blame on both of them for the fight not happening.
I'll tell you something - you come across as more intelligible than most mayweather fans here so I suppose i could ask you: do you not think that they are just playing mind games with each other because neither fighter really wants the fight right now?Comment

And again, those that followed everything closely, know what you said above is true. I remember Floyd issuing a statement when Manny was first backpedaling on the testing...then after the mediation, he spoke about the offer he made and how he wanted to whoop Manny.i read the whole article and there were some things that kizer was absolutely wrong about. like him saying floyd was the one negotiating in the media. that is absolutely false. it was actually arum and team pac and to a lesser extent schafer and dlh who did that. mayweather stayed real quiet during the whole process. so yea, i dunno how he put that together.Comment

Did you read what I posted? Manny came out in June talking about accepted a 14 day offer that didn't exist. LOL. Do you know what that means?
When has NSAC ever done unlimited blood testing for PEDS? Now..when has or how long has USADA done unlimited blood testing for PEDS? Think about it.
I'm not getting that vibe from you.
No, I don't. Drug testing is the issue as to why the fight hasn't happened. Floyd has fought since the negotiations between he and Manny failed and each time, he's done the USADA testing and his opponents have agreed with no problem. Think about it.Comment

Is Floyd not allowed 1 single thing in contract negotiations?
Not even a catchweight, or hydration clause... Just a testing protocol of his choice.
Its 1 demand...Comment

In july ross greenburg came out with a statement that you have to ask mayweather why the fight was not made. it was nothing to do with pacquiao.
? I don't see how that's an issue. They [including Richard Schaefer] were fine with NSAC doing unlimited blood/urine testing. Mayweather did not want it. why? When has NSAC ever done unlimited blood testing for PEDS? Now..when has or how long has USADA done unlimited blood testing for PEDS? Think about it.
That argument is ****** - the commission would know what to test for and since they would have the available funding for this particular fight there wouldn't be a problem. Besides, even the standard NSAC test was fine with mayweather until december 2009.
well im getting the vibe that you are deliberately avoiding the main issues which are:I'm not getting that vibe from you.
Why is the NSAC unlimited testing not ok with mayweather when its ok with his own promoter?
How is it Pacquiao's fault when Ross greenburg even said "You have to ask mayweather"
Put it together:
Of course pac and mayweather will claim they are innocent.
All the third parties involved tend to indicate mayweather is the one creating the roadblocks.
I think you understand this but are unwilling to admit it.
Ok, well I suppose you will just continue living in denial then. No, I don't. Drug testing is the issue as to why the fight hasn't happened. Floyd has fought since the negotiations between he and Manny failed and each time, he's done the USADA testing and his opponents have agreed with no problem. Think about it.
Pac agreed to NSAC unlimited testing, and was willing to compromise on mayweather testing by accepting unlimited urine testing with a blood cut off. When one side is willing to compromise and another isn't, it's fairly obvious who deserves more blame.
Pacquiao has fought since negotiations failed and none of his opponents requested extra testing. Think about it.Comment
