Pacquiao I honestly don't know the numbers, but I'm sure it's more or less the same.
thats the rub for most fans that think pac is using peds. if you look at the history of boxing, when a fighter moves up in wt his ko% drops off. pacs has not. when a boxer goes up in wt his speed also drops. pac walking through cotto shots(cottos left hook is quit formidable) gave a lot of people pause. there is reason to suspect ped usage. and ducking the test are reason to be su****ious. and someone posted pac gets random test. thats not true. he wanted to know when they would administer the drug test. to me thats suspect. thats just my opinion i welcome any opposing view. i would love a logical debate. not just fan love.

Floyd and pac at age 16 = 106 lbs FACT
Pac dehydrated like hell when he was fighting at the lower weight classes, floyd barely dehydrates and fights at/near/even below his weighed in weight.
Pac vs Morales 3 (2006)- Pac weighed in at 129 rehydrated back up to 144 lbs at fight night FACT
Floyd vs Judah (2006) - Floyd weighed in 146 and fought at that same weight FACT
Pac vs Marquez 2 (2008) - Pac weighed in at 129 rehydrated back up to 145 lbs at fight night FACT
Pac vs Margarito (2010) - Pac weighed in at 144.6 rehydrated back up to 148 FACT
Floyd vs Ortiz (2011) - Floyd weighed in at 146.5 rehydrated back up to 150

Pac and Floyd are about the same weight

It was only AFTER negotiations broke off that Pac said he would. to my knowledge that is only recently like the last 6 months. Please if you or anyone respond to this post, explain why would he refuse in the first place if he had nothing to hide? I'm not trying to get into a debate with *****s or *******s either. That is a legitimate question.
Which came first, Floyds derogatory remark on Manny accusing him of using peds or the first round of negotiation? If the derogatory remark came first, that would explain a lot. I mean, would you listen to a person who had just accused you of doing something you did not do? One poster mentioned that Manny has pride too. I agree.

If the first negotiation came first, that wouldn't mean Manny is or was on peds because it could also mean that Manny refuses to give Floyd power to dictate to him and rather listen to the commissioner instead. But as the first negotiation failed, compounded with the failure of second negotiation, Manny started to relax and agree to some of Floyds terms.

Now, one poster said he does not believe Floyd or Manny are on peds. I agree. I say, innocent until proven otherwise. I give Manny's success in moving up in weight to Manny himself for hiring the best trainers.... Alex Ariza for the weight gain and conditioning and Freddie Roach for improvement in techniques and coming up with good fight plans. It is not peds folks. It is hard work, discipline, and dedication.

The bottom line is, Manny have been taking random drug testing in the past. Just not within certain time with valid reasons whether you like it or not. After all, I don't think Floyd had ever given blood sample within a week of the fight during his professional boxing career. If he has not, then why is that? Probably same reason Manny has.

Ones again, Manny has been tested numerous times Just like Floyd have, and both have been clean so far except for that xylocaine thing that Floyd supposedly had taken. I am not sure if that would fall under illegal drug.

    INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY, FOLKS!

    UNHEARD OF !!

Except for Roy Jones Jnr who only exceeded Manny's recorded weight gain by 1lb, but he ended up at heavyweight and used steroids to get there.
    ray robinson(in his very peak)
went from 147 to 153 in one month
add another month, if he wanted you think he could've gained an extra 6? maybe a little slower but im certain he could
now fill'em up with the protien shakes they have nowadays, golden

rocky marciano another, gained 7 lb's of muscle in one month, some protien shakes and 9 months, golden

muhammad ali also gained 6lbs in one month

but here you are, trippin, because manny pacquiao put on 5lb's in 3 months, then 8lb's in 6 months?

roy jones put on 19lb's in 6 months, nothing to compare

just legalize ped's fu*ck it .. theres no way to catch everybody , a test could only detect certain things , theres always new drugs that go undetected. in this era of technology advancement , they wont catch anybody involved in foul play , unless they use some cheap sht or get careless. . let pac n floyd juice up and fight at least we'l see them fight
"level playing field" no such thing, we all thought lance amrstrong was clean , then booom he was using too.

looks to me that floyd is even more su****ious in that department.

    but you're right.

Pac is still greater than floyd.
floyd started at 130 check it out.
