It is Mannys ducking of the testing that fuels my su****ions of him , and it really emphasizes Floyds demand to the point of Manny must be tested now , Mannys own actions and responses to Floyd asking is my beef , I have know idea whether Manny is on something or not , but right now and weighing up everything from both sides , Id like to see him tested with random blood testing as well as urine .
And therein lies the problem. The consumer as a whole wants Pacquiao to clear his name for something he has never been remotely suspected of doing prior to some baseless, almost jealous accusations being thrown around. And when i say baseless, the initial argument by Floyd Sr, Malignaggi and co was how did he go up in weight so fast. As i pointed out, he didnt. As noble a cause as it is, Floyd and many of the boxing public have singled out Pacquiao as the one hiding something when there are P-wills, Maravillas and Hopkins types out there who defy odds yet get a pass. Point being, random testing should be just that. One fighter singled out is injustice, but random testing applied to all boxers is the goal. It doesn't start and stop with a Mayweather Pacquiao fight.
You are correct. Floyd has the right to ask, but Pacquiao has the right to decline without the presumption of guilt. Sadly, this debacle has created a rift in boxing in a way. Only when one of these little giants no longer claim the throne will there be silent boredom again.
Believe what you believe, it's not my place to say what you do. But you have to wonder what the hoopla is really about when the original argument is flat out wrong.

Pacquiao virtually weighed the same from Diaz to Margarito, the difference being the pre-fight weigh in. He drained less. Does that mean it makes him perform better? Of course not, skill is a big part of that. Does it mean his speed is more? Of course not and there is no measure for it, especially if it is the human eye. Does it mean he hits harder? Maybe, but a precisely timed punch has more of an effect than one seen from a mile away and Pacquiao of late is more known for that.
That being said, he has to take the test to fight Floyd. I think if Floyd fights the right fight he wins, and if Pacquiao finds Floyd he wins. I also think that presuming Pacquiao is guilty of something is useless when prior to Floyd accusing him, Floyd himself could have been on something.
The whole world can speculate all it wants that Manny takes this and Floyd is scared, it doesn't make the fight happen. Bob Arum (not Pacquiao) and Money May make the boxing world go round, Pacquiao just does his job. Lets hope the latter two can at least agree they need each other and Bob sees that he may not live to collect the profit from this fight.

the ortiz/pbf ost most likely had a 18 days cut off again. and dumb *****s keep calling it random without cut-off. that's why normal people have to pretend like idiots when dealing with *****s.

During the Marquez fight Pacquiao looked (according to the commentators) "faded", like he had been in "too many wars"..... but a few months later during the Diaz fight..... "revitalised", like a new fighter"..... "unbelievable"..... and Manny Steward said he had never seen anyone go up in weight and look so ripped without losing their speed..... well, he has jumped another 3 divisions since then

We just want to know how the "new" and "improved" Pac did it?

FACT: Blood tests are completely harmless.
Your crying and whining ass still hasn't explained what commission these requests came from.

Before being a Welterweight, he was at 70%. So, with weight, Mayweather lost power.

Pacquiao I honestly don't know the numbers, but I'm sure it's more or less the same.
Ever heard of this thing called PEDs?

It makes fighters bones get brittle.
