Conte, who works with fighters such as Nonito Donaire and Andre Berto, said that he wouldn't be surprised if both Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather are using performance enhancing drugs. FACT: PEDs by casual users account for roughly 80%. Saw this in the document "Bigger, Stronger, Faster" a 2008 documentary. High schoolers are using it now just not as sophisticated as the elite athletes. Does not surprise me at all. The good ole' day of just using puhssies and alcohols as "enhancement" is long ovah. Ppl are talking genetic implants now.

BTW Pacquiao did agree to random testing, just Google it. You *****s keep forgetting that it's always Floyd who is bringing up his impending court date or some other BS.
Not exactly true my friend. Let us not forget the first round of negotiations. Pac refused. Then in the second round, Floyd gave a time table and Pac wanted testing with limits. It was only AFTER negotiations broke off that Pac said he would. to my knowledge that is only recently like the last 6 months. Please if you or anyone respond to this post, explain why would he refuse in the first place if he had nothing to hide? I'm not trying to get into a debate with *****s or *******s either. That is a legitimate question.

This dude is a proven liar and felon. He is trying to sell people something. He is invested in a testing company so he wants pro sports to adopt his company's testing so he can make millions. He has to say what he is saying to put doubt on the current testing system because he doesn't make any money from the current testing. He showed us how concerned he was about PEDs by trying to make money cheating, now that gig is up and he wants to make money on the other side. Why was he on the other side if he cared so much about fairness???? What a jerk....

How old were both guys when they fought @ 106? Oh that's right, both were teenagers. Turning pro doesn't make you bigger.

Both men have slowed down a bit, Manny carried his power a bit better, but lets face it, he's probably always been a better p4p puncher even before the move up and he ain't exactly knocking these WW's out.

What if Donaire thinks that Pac is juicing also?

TBH - I think it's sad that two fighters as great as Ward and Donaire are associating themselves with Conte. While the man (Conte) goes around campaigning that he's su****ious of 'so and so' because they haven't tested year round (and now Bertos camp is accusing Ortiz outright) AND, the very fighters that he conditions are sticking their arms out, saying "Hey man, here's my arm - find a vein and test it" - YET, he's neither crusaded for his fighters to test nor completed in-competition RBT in previous fights for them under his own charge. Let alone YEAR ROUND testing. How can anyone take this man seriously?

It is sad that the only reason this man is notable in the first damn place was his absolute genius at CHEATING AND DEFRAUDING the very system he now claims to parade for.

It seems people were losing interest in Conte himself regarding his talk about Pacquiao, and having Berto accuse Ortiz of cheating in their previous fight wasn't giving HIM enough attention - so he threw in Mayweathers name in order to garner new interest to himself.

Side note: Make no mistake... if Conte REALLY wanted to prove himself legit and even remotely interested in cleaning up the sport of boxing - when he FIRST started conditioning his new charges, he would have immediately began testing them YEAR ROUND (whether or not it was required) and storing their samples for future testing. As it is, one can only assume that he's only talking out of his ass in order to bring the desired attention on to HIMSELF and nothing else. Therefore, he should STFU.
