It doesn't really matter tho..if you watch your boxing and know about the sport and if you watched the fight you will see that ortiz had no chance of winning..he made himself a favor by not getting up because he was getting smashed..look at his eye..if the fight was more competitive and floyd did it then I would say damn why floyd?? But ortiz was losing and he looked like he didn't take the fight serious when he saw how fast floyd was and when the shots started to land he thought **** it..i got my pay check I don't care about the outcome.

No discussion needed. The man lowered his body and shot his head up like an uppercut. It wasn't an accident. He was being outclassed and got dirty.

Floyd was outclassing him all night. Victor was frustrated. Sucks for the sport but it is what it is. Time was called in, one man wasn't ready to fight. After delivering that bs headbutt he should of been ready.

i'm no merchant defender, but i think the point he was trying to make to vic was,

'why were/are you being continually apologetic about something after it's done? get on and fight in that situation. you got your blonde self ktfo, kid.'

Ortiz was CONSCIOUS! He QUIT on the canvas! He had is mitts DOWN for the exchange when the ref had called TIME!

If anything this proves Ortiz has no heart and is often half asleep (bad qualities in boxing), Mayweather is brutal and unforgiving (good qualities in boxing) and Cortez has a bad rep (isn't that the case with most refs?).
