I already gave a link, even in the video interview Manny said he already made concessions that he is agreeing to everything Floyd wanted in regards to OST... I only want this fight to happen regardless of who wins it, but if Manny already said in his interviews that he is agreeing and Floyd stated in his that no test = no fight... Then Floyd should sit down with team Manny then to start the contract signing so we will know who is ducking who...

Team Pacquiao is full of contradictions. It doesn't matter though. *******s will don't care. As long as Manny keeps on winning they don't care if he if Manny was using gamma rays and came into the ring green. They are worshippers not fans.
It appears that way. What pro athlete makes this big a deal out of PED tests. If there was nothing to hide, this wouldn't have gone on for so long. The tests would have been taken and the winner would be making a video with 50 cent to commemorate the occasion.
It doesn't matter what Arum or Koncz says. It matters what Pacquiao DOES. Pacquiao agreed to everything in a YouTube clip, but now he won't man up and sign the contract. Who gives a fcuk about what Arum and Koncz says. That's just spin doctoring and passing the buck so that Pacquiao won't look like the coward that he is.

Manny Pacquiao has used tons of excuses.
He's avoided legitimate champions since Marquez.
He's used catchweights in a division where he could make the limit.
He's used rehydration stipulations to control what size his opponents came in on fight night.
He's competed for five vacant titles instead of five world championships.
He's avoided Floyd Mayweather for 3 years by pretending that PED tests were out of the question, but has had a change of heart .... on video, but not in reality.
Get real with it. Pacquiao fighting 5th ranked fighters will show him as a opportunist, not a conqueror. The pundits won't be able to change that.Comment

You keep using the same ****** excuse. When Pac himself said he will take the test, you go and point to Koncz as an escape clause. That exactly the same as when somebody comes over and dares you to fight him, you come back and say, "but your brother (or whoever) said you don't want to."
