When Pacquiao formally agree with testing.... you'll see Floyd bringing the "Can't train in Phillipines ****" to the table. And *****s will agree with their daddy and saying "Floyd Sr. has nothing to do with Floyd Jr's camp" .
And you'll see WESS in the first line !!
Remember my words !!

You can sit here all day and say who "would" beat who but its all opinion. I'm giving you facts about the opposition of both Pac and Mayweather.
The last 4 opponents Pac has faced came off there worst performances of there career. Meanwhile Mayweather was fighting top guys coming off KO victories with Mosley and now Ortiz coming off there BEST performance of there entire career. Those two very same fighters where ducked by Pac because THEY were on the top of there game UNLIKE Cotto, Clottey, Margarito and the 2011 version of Mosley. Let alone JMM who's never won a fight in the WW division or even looked good in the WW devison.
Its all facts......... and you want to get into an opinion war? lol
1) Mitchell - lost by KO against Tszyu right before he fought Floyd
2) Judah - lost to Baldomir just prior to Floyd
3) Baldomir - 9 losses before facing Floyd and considered by most as a journeyman.
4) Hatton - a LWW
5) Marquez - a LW with not even one WW experience, and who was cheated at the scales by the already much larger Floyd.
6) Mosley - 38 years old past prime and was sidelined for over a year and a half.
Are these the guys you call top fighters at WW? Take out Shane and who do you have left?
A lot of people have been loosely accused of lacking in boxing knowledge, but you, dude, put them all to shame.

Manny and Arum did not say the same thing. Arum barely even talks to Manny while Konz is his personal advisor and is with him all the time.
The thing that some of you Manny fans don't know is that Manny and company thinks random testing is truly random even if it has a cuttoff date. If anyone can find an article that quotes Manny or Konz agreeing to random without a cuttoff date then great but like i said before, Manny has always said he is fine with random olympic style testing but he wants a cuttoff date.

And that Jaime Foxx show, guided by a guy whose only reason to support Floyd is:
"Well, he's black...i'm black...I guess that's all i need"

YOU are the only one talking about that. As long as Bob doesn't come up with another excuse of someone being "biased" there shouldn't be a problem.... assuming Pac still agrees to test randomly.
Although everyone's questioning why Pac signed papers to fight Floyd in a court room but hasn't signed papers stating he fully "agrees" to the unlimited random testing so he can fight Floyd in a boxing ring.....

The really funny part about this whole topic is that no one really knows what the **** is really coming out of the Manny camp. Arum says something, then Koncz contradicts him, then its a rumor that Koncz is being fired, then we see Manny saying Koncz isn't being fired and trust him. We hear and see all this crap from guys other than Manny himself. Its true that no one can say Manny is doping and he is a great boxer and one of the best but wouldn't it be damn great if the Manny camp can put out a statement that doesn't ****ing confuse everyone.
